In 2023, Earle completed its acquisition of American Asphalt Company and its affiliated business Tri-State Asphalt. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Earle’s commitment to broaden its market, deliver a higher level of safety, performance, quality, and efficiency for its customers, and create opportunities for all.

As part of this transition, Earle recently updated the American Asphalt and Tri-State Asphalt logos to reflect a cohesive brand.  While our look is different, our stellar service and support of American Asphalt and Tri-State Asphalt customers remain steadfast.
